Issue of offer letter

letterOnce you have submitted the application, then University / College will check your submitted documents. If your application has been successful. Then the University / College will issue Offer letter.

 

 

 

What does Offer Letter means to you ?

In the offer letter, it stated course information, such as course name, course code, course provider name, duration of student, fees details and any other condition such as

If you have not provided English proficiency test, then the offer letter may stated, for instant, ‘based upon the submission of English Test’.

If you have applied for Exemption, then the offer letter may state, for instant, ‘student has granted the following units, A, B and C’.

NOTE
Fees details are, for instant, the explanations for the fees installment, how to pay fees, invoice.  For any other such as accommodation request, airport pick up request form will attach in the offer letter based upon the University and college. If students need the above request student may also complete the form and attached along with the acceptance of offer.

The end of the process is Acceptance of Offer Letter, once student has received the offer letter and accept all required information, first installment is going to pay then student have to sign an acceptance or offer letter in order to get Conformation of Enrolment (CoE).
